Our store offers a curated selection of premium charcoal products, BBQ accessories, and outdoor cooking essentials. We make every effort to present accurate product information, including images, descriptions, and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, update content, or modify product listings without prior notice.

To shop with us, you must be of a legally acceptable age & legally capable of entering into contracts as per the laws of India. When you place an order with The Coal Depot, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST or GST exempted products. Payment for your order must be made through one of our accepted methods — such as UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or wallets — and your order will be confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.

Shipping is currently available across Delhi NCR and selected Indian cities. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, logistics, or other external conditions. While we partner with reliable logistics providers, The Coal Depot is not responsible for delays once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be communicated during the checkout process or thereafter.

We accept returns on BBQ accessories within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, charcoal and other combustible or consumable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for the safe use and handling of all products purchased from The Coal Depot. Charcoal and BBQ equipment should always be used in the presence of an experienced adult in accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions. We shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow common safety precautions.

All content on our website — including product images, brand assets, descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of The Coal Depot. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without our written permission.
